All participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the liability waiver. If a parent or guardian is not present, the form may be sent to them by an employee. 

The massage chair is available for use by individuals 14 years of age and older.

Cryotherapy is available for individuals 9 years of age and older. A parent or legal guardian must be present. 

Children are welcome in our facility with parental supervision. We kindly ask that they remain respectful of others and refrain from being loud or disruptive, as we strive to maintain a calm and relaxing environment.

Clients 14 years of age and under must have a parent or legal guardian present during treatments. Clients over 14 may attend sessions independently with a signed liability waiver from a parent or guardian.

We have a 2-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or failure to show, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.

The Salt Chamber allows a maximum of 2 adults per session. Children 5 years and under may join free with an adult’s session, with a limit of 2 children per adult. Children over 5 years of age may attend for an additional fee of $15.

A completed membership form is required at the time of purchase. Memberships may be paused or canceled with at least one week’s notice prior to the scheduled payment date. A cancellation form must be submitted to process any pause or cancellation requests.
