Gloves, socks, slippers, and ear protection are REQUIRED ( all provided) most wear shorts and a sports bra, shirts are optional. We also have towel wraps.
Appointments are helpful but not necessary, we do take walk-ins!

Feel free to dress down how you are comfortable. You can get in fully clothed, with shorts and a sports bra, or nothing at all. It is fully up to you!
Yes you can most certainly do services individually, you don't need a membership.
Yes! We take cleanliness very serious, we clean, sanitize and wipe down at the beginning, mid-day and end of day. As well as after EVERY client/service.
No the salt chamber does not get hot. You will sit in a small booth and fine salt will defuse in the chamber it will get a bit dusty.
Absolutely nothing! We provide everything for you, clothes, water, protection for cryo, and towels.
